Museum of Boulder

Beer Here! Brewing the New West was an exhibition running from March 18 - September 3, 2023 at the Museum of Boulder.
Originally developed by History Colorado, Beer Here! featured stories from the past, present and future, as well as more than 160 authentic artifacts from Colorado's beer and brewing history.
As part of the exhibit, the Museum hosted an exhibition of beer-themed art. This exhibition encouraged visual artists to share their beer-inspired artwork, bottle and can label artwork and overall work celebrating beer culture.

The library prioritizes artist and exhibitions that:
• Elevate the voices of the diverse communities we serve
• Illuminates a topic that is relevant to the local community
• Creates visitor engagement opportunities, either through participatory in-gallery elements or public programming
• Demonstrate the applicant’s ability to produce the proposed project

UCAR Center for Science Education
MAY 9 - OCTOBER 9, 2025
The Exploring Water Through Art exhibit was hosted at the Mesa Laboratory on the campus of the U.S. National Science Foundation National Center for Atmospheric Research (NSF NCAR). The juried show was a collaboration between Friends of the National Center, Museum of Boulder, and the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) Center for Science Education.
The exhibit featured pieces of art from 34 local artists who were selected by a jury composed of scientists and artists. The art explored our relationship with this essential element through mediums such as recycled materials, photography, oil paintings, and more.
